How long do surfboards take to make?

PU surfboards take 10-12 weeks, EPOLY boards take 11-12 weeks, and EPS boards take 10-12 weeks. We do offer a RUSH charge, which will allow your production time to be cut down to around ~6 weeks. Boards over 8’0, Color, Resin Tints, Gloss & Polish, and other upgrades can add time to the base estimated time frame.
